Remove usernames
Open, To DoPublic

Given that the main intended use of circulex is peer-to-peer, it seems like an unnecessary complication to have usernames to allow multiple participants per instance. Even without usernames, the hosted IOUs model (for example) could still have the same process hosting multiple accounts, by creating a libp2p peer identity for each customer and having each of those identities connect to peers only through the host's single libp2p circuit relay.
