Acknowledgement of receipt

In order to connect obligations inside the payment protocol to actual payments in the outside world, it would be good to allow a "payment" from a talkwise partner to a paywise partner to consist of the acknowledgement that the talkwise partner has received (the equivalent of) a certain amount in a certain currency, paid on behalf of the paywise partner, even though the talkwise partner actually received the payment from their own talkwise partner. Then, in the smartphone example, Frank's "payment" to Alice inside the protocol is the acknowledgement that he's received the equivalent of ₩450,000, thus triggering his obligation (arising from an agreement made outside the protocol) to send Alice the smartphone.

This could be combined with the redefinition of "payment specification" required by T14.
